Natural, delicious food that tastes like home

My passion for the culinary arts and the ability to prepare delicious Jamaican meals was borne out of my mother’s influence.  I felt she had magic fingers, the way she crafted her meals.  She’s an excellent chef with a generous heart and that intrigued me. So, from a young age, I started helping her prepare our family meals.
